We are excited to work with you to determine if an adoption is in the best interests of the companion animal and your family. The first step in the process of adopting a companion animal from Riley’s Rescue Foundation-RRF is the completion of this application. This application provides important information and will help ensure that you will find the best companion animal for your lifestyle. Please provide as much detailed information as possible for each question.

To qualify for adoption, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license or state ID card with your current address
Have the knowledge and consent of a landlord, if applicable.
Be able and willing to spend the time and money necessary to provide medical treatment, proper nourishment and care, along with training for your companion animal.

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse adoption to anyone. Please be advised that we will not adopt to persons who mislead or fail to provide accurate information on this application or the adoption contract. Applications with incomplete information will be deleted. We do not accept applications on any companion animals that aren't ready and posted for adoption. Due to the volume of applications we may receive, we are not able to reach out to every applicant for status updates. Please note that we call from a blocked number.
